摘　　要：我国海上货物运输包装的相关法律法规不完善,外贸企业包装意识薄弱,导致国际海运货物因包装不当致损而引发的索赔案件时有发生,为此需要完善法律体系及海上货物运输包装制度,加强行政监督,从根本上解决海上货物运输包装不当致损的问题,以促进我国对外贸易的繁荣发展。The laws and regulations concerning marine cargo transport packaging in China are still in an imperfect condition,while the foreign trade companies lacked the consciousness and knowledge in cargo packaging.The cases of claim for marine cargo damage happened frequently due to improper packaging.In order to solve the issues of cargo damages resulted from improper packaging fundamentally and promote foreign trade business of China,it is necessary to improve the legal system regarding marine cargo transport and packaging and reinforce corresponding administrative supervision.
