摘 要:介绍了几种高效换热器的特点,并利用HEPC换热器计算软件,对某厂常减压装置中部分油-油换热器进行高效换热器和普通管壳式换热器的传热系数、压力降和设备投资等进行了对比分析。结果发现,双弓折流板换热器在降低壳程压力降上有着明显的优势;内插物管换热器适用于低温段粘度较大的油品间的换热,波纹管换热器适用于高温段粘度较大的油品间换热;板式换热器尽管有诸多优点,但单位换热面积设备投资费用明显高于管壳式换热器,选用时须进行设备投资比选。This paper introduces characteristics of several types of high-efficiency heat exchanger.Through HEPC,the heat transfer coefficient,pressure drop and equipment investments of high-efficiency heat exchanger and ordinary shell and tube heat exchanger from some oil-oil heat exchangers in the CDU of a certain refinery are analyzed comparatively.The result shows that double segmental baffle heat exchanger has obvious advantages in reducing the pressure drop of shell side.For high viscosity oil products,the intercalated tube exchanger is suitable for heat exchange in low temperature,and the corrugated tube heat exchanger is suitable for heat exchange in high temperature.The investment cost per heat exchange area of plate heat exchanger is obviously higher than that of shell and tube heat exchanger,although it has many advantages.So the investment cost comparison of equipment should be done when the plate heat exchanger is selected.
