摘 要:结合某超高层建筑的玻璃幕墙层间防火设计,搭建6层实体试验平台,开展实体火灾试验研究。着火房间位于试验平台首层,火灾荷载为900 MW/m^2,火源功率约6 MW。结果表明,着火后约21~23 min,着火层幕墙的中空夹胶玻璃完全破裂脱落;从着火层溢出的火焰和烟气使上层幕墙外侧的双层夹胶半钢化玻璃出现裂缝,但玻璃未出现整体破裂或脱落,着火房间上层室内未出现明显过火及高温烟气窜入。试验中幕墙层间防火构造可有效防止火灾沿幕墙与楼板的结合处向上蔓延。Combing with the perimeter fire barrier design of a superhigh building’s glass curtain wall,a 6 levels experimental platform was built to conduct the full-scale experiment.The fire room locat-ed at the first level of the platform.The fire load density was set to be 900 MJ/m2,and the fire size was about 6 MW.Test results showed that the laminated heat-strengthened glazing panels of the fire room were broken at about 21~23 min;after the glass breaking of the fire room,the outer skin of vision panels of the upper room above fire had some cracks,but the panels did not break or fall out.No flame and hot smoke entered the upper room.The setup of the spandrel and proper perimeter fire barriers between facade and floor in the experiment could successfully prevent fire spread on the curtain wall and through the gaps.
