摘 要:针对市场上现有大规格的防火门存在的门芯填充材料密度大、门扇自质量较大的问题,研发一种特殊结构的防火门芯填充材料,将其填充在钢质单扇大规格防火门中,可使门体自质量减少33%,并对防火门进行耐火性能试验。结果表明,新型结构门芯的设计完全可以满足90 min的耐火试验要求,且能够达到120 min的要求。新型防火门产品自重较轻,结构简单,工艺可靠,可推广应用。In view of the problem that the high-density of the door core filling material and big-weight door existing on the market,a special core filling material was developed and filled in the large steel single fire door,which could reduce the self mass of the door by 33%and the fireproof performance of the fire door was test.The results showed that the fire resistance time of the new door core can meet the requirement of 90 min and can even reach 120 min.The new type fire door has light weight,simple structure and reli-able technology,so it can be widely applied.
