摘 要:对纯棉纬编织物进行果胶酶精练处理,讨论了果胶酶用量、p H、温度、EDTA用量对织物毛细效应、顶破强力、白度的影响,得出了果胶酶的最优处理工艺条件:温度50℃,p H 6,果胶酶1 g/L,EDTA 2 g/L。果胶酶处理的织物不仅可以达到碱精练所得的吸湿度和白度,且织物染色后强力降低幅度小,对果胶酶处理织物与常规碱处理织物染色后的L*、a*、b*、c*和K/S值进行了对比,得出果胶酶精练在色彩饱和度和深度上都略优于碱精练,织物颜色更偏绿和偏蓝。Cotton knitted fabric were scoured by pectinase.The effects of pectinase dosage,pH,tempera?ture,EDTA dosage on capillary effect,bursting strength,whiteness were discussed.The optimal pectinase so?lution obtained was as follows:temperature 50℃,pH=6,pectinase dosage 1 g/L,EDTA dosage 2 g/L.The fab?ric treated by pectinase could not only obtained the moisture absorption and whiteness achieved by alkali refin?ing,but also decreased the strength of fabric after dyeing.The L*,a*,b*,c*and K/S values of pectinase treat?ed fabrics were compared with those of conventional alkali treated fabrics.The results showed that pectinase scouring was slightly better than alkali refining in color saturation and depth,and the fabric was more green and blue.
