摘　　要：通过对大型客滚船“华东明珠8”轮近2年的全过程监造与跟踪,以新客滚船为例,分析安全返港背景及对相关安全区域的要求,介绍安全返港在中韩航线新建大型客滚船上的实践与应用,并通过典型案例,详解具体要求的实施。The practical application of safe return to port technology for large Ro-Ro passenger ships HUADONG PEARL VIII in China-South Korea route was analyzed.The background of safety return to port and related requirements of safety area were introduced.Taking a new-designed Ro-Ro passenger ship as an example,implementation of specific requirements was discussed in detail.
