摘  要:为确保翻沉船舶船体翻转作业安全进行,建立准静态及低速动态收缆状态下翻沉船舶船体翻转作业数学模型,研究船体翻转过程中浮吊船吊缆张力及翻沉船舶动力响应。计算过程中,应用船舶水动力分析软件AQWA计算了不同收缆速度及不同翻沉船舶重量下的浮吊船吊缆张力,并基于计算结果对翻沉船翻转作业安全进行评估。计算结果表明,翻沉船舶船体翻转作业中浮吊船吊缆张力的动态模型与准静态模型的计算值有很好的吻合度;在船体翻转作业过程中,当浮吊船以较低恒定速度收缆时,吊缆张力稳定值随翻沉船舶重量增加而增加,且该稳定值不受收缆速度影响;翻沉船舶重量只改变吊缆张力大小,不影响吊缆张力随时间的变化趋势;在绞缆机“突停”时,浮吊船吊缆张力会突然增加,达到最大值,该最大值与收缆速度和翻沉船舶重量均呈非线性关系,收缆速度选择错误将不能保证翻转作业安全进行。In order to ensure the safety of up-righting project for capsized ship,a quasi static and dynamic mathematical model with low winding-in velocity of up-righting project for capsized ship was established to investigate the cable tension and hydrodynamic response of capsized ship in time domain.AQWA was applied to calculate the cable tension in different cases with different winding-in velocity and capsized ship weight,and safety assessment based on the cable tension calculated was performed.The results showed that the cable tension of up-righting project for capsized ship of the dynamic model and the quasi static model are in good agreement.During the up-righting project,the stable cable tension after the up-righting project increases with the capsized ship weight while the winding-in velocity is low,and this stable value do not change with the winding-in velocity.When the winch"sudden stops",the cable tension will increase suddenly to the maximum value,and the relationship between the maximum value and the capsized ship weight or winding-in velocity is non-linear.A mismatched winding-in velocity will not guarantee the safety of up-righting project for a capsized ship.
