摘 要:目的探讨影响复用器械手工清洗质量的因素及基于ATP生物荧光检测的持续质量改进。方法在现场查检基础上,对手工清洗流程进行分析,针对高风险因素给予干预,并结合ATP生物荧光检测结果,完善复用器械手工清洗流程及相关物品使用管理规定。结果持续质量改进后,手工清洗所用相关器具ATP均值有明显下降,手工清洗器械ATP生物荧光检测合格率由80.1%提升至94.6%,实施前后差异有统计学意义(P<0.001)。结论完善手工清洗流程,可以提升操作依从性,并提升复用器械手工清洗质量,同时降低医院感染风险。Objective To explore the causes of secondary pollution during manual cleaning of medical devices and the continuous quality improvement based on ATP biofluorescence detection.Methods On the basis of field inspection,the manual cleaning process was analyzed.The manual cleaning process of multiplexed equipment and relevant regulations on the use and management of related materials were improved based on the intervention of high-risk factors and the results of ATP biofluorescence detection.Results After continuous quality improvement,the mean ATP of the related equipment used in manual cleaning decreased significantly.The ATP-biofluorescence detection rate of manual cleaning equipment increased from 80.1%to 94.6%.The difference before and after refining process implementation was statistically significant(P<0.001).Conclusion Improving manual cleaning process can improve operation compliance,improve the quality of manual cleaning of reusable equipment,and reduce the risk of hospital infection.
