可靠性维修理论在医用软性内窥镜维修决策中的应用

摘　　要：目的由于医用软性内窥镜的维修费用高昂,为其建立一套科学的维修策略,能有效控制医院成本。方法以可靠性为中心的维修(Reliability Centered Maintenance,RCM)理论为基础,罗列出内窥镜的重要功能单元,然后采用故障模式与影响分析方法,依次判断其故障模式、故障原因以及故障影响,最后应用RCM逻辑决断图得出不同故障的对应维修策略以及维护计划。结果实施维护计划后,我院的奥林巴斯内窥镜大修率有所下降,维修模式从事后维修转变为预防性维修。结论RCM理论在医疗设备维修决策中的应用可以为医院管理模式提供借鉴意义。Objective Because of the high maintenance cost of medical soft endoscope,a scientific maintenance strategy can be set up to control hospital cost effectively.Methods Based on reliability centered maintenance(RCM)theory,the important functional units of endoscope were listed.Then the FMEA analysis method was used to determine the failure mode,the cause of the failure and the influence of the failure.Finally,the RCM logic decision diagram was used to get the corresponding maintenance of different faults strategy and maintenance plan.Results After the implementation of the maintenance plan,the rate of Olympus endoscope overhaul in our hospital decreased,and the maintenance mode was changed from post-maintenance to preventive maintenance.Conclusion The application of RCM theory in medical equipment maintenance decision-making can provide reference for hospital management mode.
