摘　　要：目的针对透析液获取和供给方式的多样性,分析不同方式的特点,以便于透析机构进行合理选取。方法以透析治疗安全性和有效性为出发点,以质量控制要求为重点,辅以经济成本核算,展开对比分析。结果在质量控制方面,集中供液方式明显优于分桶式供应,在经济成本方面,购买干粉自行配置浓缩液,较购买成品浓缩液,每年可节省约一半的成本。但是购买成品浓缩液,采用分桶供液方式适用于少量透析及特殊治疗配方等需求。结论我们应该结合实际需要,根据不同获取方式和供液方式的优势进行合理选取。Objective The characteristics of different modes for making and supplying dialysate were analyzed,so as to help hemodialysis services to select the suitable modes for dialysis.Methods The different modes with quality control and economic cost were analyzed based on the safety and effectiveness of dialysis.Results The centralized supply mode gained an advantage of quality control over the barreled supply mode.The cost of making concentrated solution by powder was half of the cost of buying concentrated solution directly.But the barreled supply mode and buying concentrated solution were suitable for the case of dialysis which needed a small amount dialysate or which was special.Conclusion We should combine the actual needs and make reasonable selection according to the advantages of different acquisition modes and liquid supply modes.
