居住空间聚类进程中社区协同共治体系的构建

摘　　要：住房变革带来了社会分化与居住空间聚类。在居住空间聚类进程中,传统的社会关系被打破,新的"社区人"意识尚未建立,出现了行政主导型社区管理效能逐渐弱化、多元互动合作治理中内部主体性缺失、社区治理主体间合作网络重建度不足等社区治理障碍,需要调整认知制度,打造"智慧社区"线上虚拟空间与"三社联动"线下实体平台,推动社区的整体营造。The housing reform has brought about social differentiation and clustering of residential space.However,in the clustering process of living space,a new sense of“community people”has not yet formed.Instead several community management obstacles raise our attention,such as a gradually weakening efficacy of executive-led community management,an absence of an internal mainstay during pluralistic interaction on cooperated governance,a lack of reconstruction on cooperative network between the mainstays of community governance.In order to promote the overall operation of community,adjustment of the perceptual system is needed,such as the building online virtual space in intelligent community and offline entitative platform with coordinated linkage among community development,social organization growths,and social work system modernization.
