摘　　要：对青藏高原某水电站项目在工程建设过程中的表土资源进行了利用分析和规划设计,并针对现状土壤理化性质按照土地复垦质量控制指标进行了改良措施研究,强调表土资源保护的重要意义。The topsoil in construction of a hydropower project of the Qinghai-Tibet plateau is analyzed and designed in terms of its utiliza tion and planning.Based on the physicochemical properties of the existing soil,its improvement measures are studied as per the quality control indexes for the land reclamation.Significance of the topsoil resources protection is emphasized.
