酚妥拉明注射液联合温胆汤加减治疗肺源性心脏病的临床研究

摘　　要：目的通过观察静滴酚妥拉明注射液联合口服中药温胆汤治疗肺源性心脏病的疗效,总结经验,寻求对肺源性心脏病更有效的治疗方案,提高肺源性心脏病患者的好转治愈率,改善其生活质量。方法随机选择2016年5月~2017年12月我院收治的80例肺源性心脏病患者作为研究对象,将其平均分成对照组和观察组。其中对照组使用传统治疗方案,而观察组使用酚妥拉明注射液联合温胆汤加减的治疗方案,经过分析治疗前后情况,比较两组的治疗效果。结果两组患者临床疗效比较有着显著的差异,对照组总有效率明显低于观察组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组的中医症状积分明显低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组患者FVC%、FEV1占预计值%指标都明显提升,其中对照组患者FVC%、FEV1占预计值%指标的上升幅度显著低于观察组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组患者治疗前心功能分级情况比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),治疗后两组心功能分级情况比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。经过治疗之后,两组患者未出现比较明显的不良反应,治疗具有较高的安全性。结论酚妥拉明注射液联合温胆汤加减治疗肺源性心脏病,不仅可以有效缓解患者的症状,还可以有效提升患者的心肺功能,具有良好应用价值。Objective To observe the curative effect of intravenous drip of phentolamine injection combined with oral administration of Wendan decoction in the treatment of pulmonary heart disease,sum up experience,seek a more effective treatment for pulmonary heart disease,improve the recovery rate of pulmonary heart disease patients,improve their quality of life.Methods Eighty cases with pulmonary heart disease admitted to the hospital from may 2016 to December 2017 were randomly divided into control group and observation group.The control group was treated with traditional treatment,while the observation group was treated with phentolamine injection combined with Wendan decoction.After analyzing the situation before and after treatment,the treatment effect of each group was known.Results There was a significant difference between the two groups,the total effective rate of the control group was significantly lower than that in the observation group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The scores of TCM symptoms in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).The two groups of patients with FVC%and FEV1 accounted for a significant increase in the estimated value%,and the increase of FVC%and FEV1 in the control group was significantly lower than that in the observation group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).There was no significant difference between the two groups in cardiac function before treatment(P>0.05).There was statistically significant difference between the two groups in the classification of cardiac function after treatment(P<0.05).After treatment,the two groups of patients did not show obvious adverse reactions,and the treatment had high safety.Conclusion Phentolamine injection combined with Wendan decoction in the treatment of pulmonary heart disease can not only effectively relieve the symptoms of patients,but also effectively improve the cardiopulmonary function of patients,which has good application value.
