欣母沛对宫缩乏力性产后出血的疗效及安全性评价

摘　　要：目的探讨欣母沛治疗宫缩乏力性产后出血的治疗效果。方法将2016年12月~2017年12月我院接诊的100例宫缩乏力性产后出血患者纳入本研究,随机分为观察组和对照组,每组各50例,对照组予以缩宫素治疗,观察组予以欣母沛治疗,治疗后比较两组的出血情况、治疗疗效、不良反应发生率。结果观察组第三产程出血量、产后2h出血量、产后24h出血量明显少于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组患者治疗后的总有效率明显高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组患者治疗期间的不良反应发生率为4%(2/50),明显低于对照组患者治疗期间的不良反应发生率18%(9/50),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论欣母沛治疗宫缩乏力性产后出血疗效确切,不良反应少、能显著减少产后出血,值得临床推广和应用。Objective To explore the therapeutic effect of HM in treating postpartum hemorrhage due to uterine inertia.Methods One hundred cases of uterine atony postpartum hemorrhage patients in our hospital from December 2016 to December 2017 were divided into the observation group and the control group randomly,with 50 cases in each group,the control group was treated with oxytocin,and the observation group was treated with Xin Feng Pei.After the treatment,the blood condition,therapeutic effect and adverse reaction were compared between the two groups.Results The amount of bleeding during the third delivery,2h postpartum and 24h postpartum in the observation group was significantly lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).The total effective rate of the patients in the observation group after treatment was significantly higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).The incidence of adverse reactions in the observation group was 4%(2/50),which was significantly lower than that of the control group 18%(9/50),and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Hemp is effective in treating postpartum hemorrhage due to uterine inertia,with fewer adverse reactions and significant reduction in postpartum hemorrhage.It is worthy of clinical promotion and application.
