摘　　要：目的研究分析综合护理干预措施对缩短气管切开患者拔管时间的影响。方法 2013年1月~2017年1月我院收治的颅脑损伤患者66例,均行气管切开术(traceotomy),按照随机单盲法分为两组,实施常规护理的33例患者作为对照组,实施综合护理干预的33例患者作为观察组。结果观察组带管时间为(7.58±1.48)d,短于对照组(13.02±1.92)d,拔管时间为(11.91±2.21)d,短于对照组(21.72±2.56)d,拔管成功率为93.94%,高于对照组81.82%,住院时间为(25.47±3.51)d,短于对照组(40.08±4.03)d(P<0.05)。结论对气管切开患者实施综合护理干预,有利于缩短拔管时间,减少并发症的发生,提高拔管成功率,值得借鉴。Objective To study the effect of comprehensive nursing intervention on shortening the time of extubation in patients with tracheotomy.Methods Sixty-six patients with craniocerebral injury from January 2013 to January 2017 in our hospital who were treated with tracheotomy were selected and were divided into 2 groups according to the randomized single-blind method.33 patients with routine nursing were selected as the control group,33 patients with comprehensive nursing intervention were selected as the observation group.Results The tube time of the observation group was(7.58±1.48)d,which was shorter than(13.02±1.92)d of the control group,the extubation time in the observation group was(11.91±2.21)d,which was shorter than(21.72±2.56)d in the control group,and the success rate of extubation in the observation group was 93.94%,which was higher than 81.82%of the control group.The length of hospitalization was(25.47±3.51)d,which was shorter than(40.08±4.03)d of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Comprehensive nursing intervention is helpful to shorten the time of extubation,reduce the incidence of complications and improve the success rate of extubation to give the comprehensive nursing intervention in patients with tracheotomy,which is worth learning.
