纽曼保健系统模式护理和常规护理在高血压患者中的应用比较

摘　　要：目的通过观察对比患者的不同临床表现,探讨对比纽曼保健系统模式护理和常规护理在高血压患者中的效果。方法选取2015年9月~2016年4月在我院接受治疗的高血压患者110例作为本次的研究对象,按照随机数字表法将其分为观察组和对照组,两组患者均为55例,其中对照组应用常规护理,观察组应用纽曼保健系统模式,观察记录两组患者的相关临床指标数据。结果对比两组患者的收缩压和舒张压,组内比较显示护理后均较治疗前更低,两组比较显示观察组较对照组更低,两组差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);对比两组患者护理后的生活质量评分,观察组显著较对照组要高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);对比两组患者的护理依从性,观察组优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论相较于常规护理,纽曼保健系统模式护理应用于高血压患者的效果更为显著,可有效改善患者的血压水平,在提高患者生活质量评分和增强患者护理依从性等方面均表现出明显优势,因而值得在临床上进行推广应用。Objective To explore the effect of comparative Newman health care system model nursing and routine nursing in patients with hypertension by observing and comparing different clinical manifestations of patients.Methods One hundred and ten patients with hypertension in our hospital from September 2015 to April 2016 were selected as the subjects of this study.They were divided into observation group and control group according to random number method,the number of patients in the two groups was 55 cases.The control group was given routine nursing while the observation group was given Newman health care system model.The related clinical index data of the two groups of patients were observed and recorded.Results Compared the systolic blood pressure and diastolic blood pressure of the two groups of patients,the intra-group comparison shows that after nursing,the two groups were lower than before treatment.The comparison between the two groups showed that the observation group was lower than the control group,and the difference between the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).Compared the quality of life scores of the two groups after nursing,the observation group was significantly higher than the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Compared the nursing compliance between the two groups,the observation group was better than the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Compared with conventional nursing,Newman health care system model nursing is more effective in the application of hypertension patients,can effectively improve the blood pressure level of patients,and has obvious advantages in improving the quality of life score of patients and enhancing the patient's nursing compliance.Therefore,it is worth promoting and applying in clinical practice.
