预见性护理干预在急性酒精中毒患者治疗过程中的效果评价

摘　　要：目的研究预见性护理干预在急性酒精中毒患者治疗过程中的效果。方法选择我院2015年2月~2017年2月收治的80例酒精中毒患者,将其随机分为实验组和对照组,每组40例,在接受基础常规治疗的基础上,给予对照组常规护理,实验组在此基础上给予预见性护理,比较两组患者治疗期间意外事件发生情况,并比较干预后SCL-90评分,包括强迫症状、躯体化、人际关系敏感、焦虑、抑郁、恐怖、敌对、精神病性以及偏执。结果实验组各项意外事件发生率均显著低于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);实验组强迫症状、躯体化、焦虑评分显著低于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论给予酒精中毒患者预见性护理干预可明显减少意外事件的发生,改善患者的强迫症状、躯体化、焦虑效果明显,适合在临床上推广应用。Objective To study the effect of predictive nursing intervention in the treatment of patients with acute alcoholism.Methods Eighty cases with alcoholism who were admitted in our hospital from February 2015 to February 2017 were randomly divided into experimental group and control group,40 cases in each group.On the basis of receiving basic routine treatment,the control group was given routine care,and the experimental group was given predictive care on this basis.The occurrence of unexpected events during treatment was compared between the two groups of patients,and the SCL-90 scores after intervention were compared,including obsessive-compulsive sy mptoms,somatization,interpersonal sensitivity,anxiety,depression,terror,hostility,psychosis and paranoia.Results The incidence of various accidents in the experimental group was significantly lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).The scores of obsessive-compulsive symptoms,somatization and anxiety in the experimental group were significantly lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Giving predictive nursing intervention to patients with alcoholism can obviously reduce the occurrence of accidents,improve patients'compulsive symptoms,somatization and anxiety,and is suitable for clinical popularization and application.
