摘　　要：目的分析腔内镜碎石手术后泌尿道感染病原菌分布及其耐药情况,为术后抗生素使用提供依据。方法分析我院2015年1月~2017年12月泌尿外科腔内镜碎石手术后尿培养阳性患者74例细菌培养和药敏情况。结果在74株阳性菌株当中,59株(79.72%)属于革兰阴性菌、14株(18.92%)属于革兰阳性菌、1株(1.35%)属于真菌,而不同的病原菌对于不同抗菌药物也表现出了不一样的耐药性。结论在泌尿外科腔内镜碎石手术后泌尿系统感染中较为主要的病原菌是大肠埃希菌,在使用抗菌药物进行临床治疗过程中应该结合具体的药敏试验来选择。Objective To analyze the distribution and drug resistance of pathogens causing urinary tract infections after endoscopic lithotripsy,and to provide evidence for postoperative antibiotic use.Methods The bacterial culture and drug sensitivity of 74 patients with positive urine culture after endoscopic lithotripsy in urology from January 2015 to December 2017 in our hospital was analyzed.Results Among the 74 positive strains,59(79.72%)belonged to Gram-negative bacteria,14(18.92%)belonged to Gram-positive bacteria,and 1(1.35%)belonged to fungi.Different pathogens also showed different resistance to different antibiotics.Conclusion The main pathogen of urinary system infection after endoscopic lithotripsy in urology is Escherichia coli,which should be selected in combination with specific drug sensitivity tests during the clinical treatment with antibacterial drugs.
