摘　　要：目的研究Angiosome理念在糖尿病足以及下肢重度肢体缺血中的应用价值。方法选择我院2015年3月~2017年2月收治的51例糖尿病足患者以及48例下肢重度肢体缺血患者,按照疾病类型分为A组与B组,均采取Angiosome理念进行治疗,比较两组治疗效果。结果两组患者总有效率差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);经过治疗后发现两组大截肢、死亡发生率差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),但A组复发后再截肢发生率较B组高(P<0.05);两组生活质量评分差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),治疗后躯体功能、心理功能、物质功能以及社会功能评分均较治疗前提高,结果差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 Angiosome理念在糖尿病足以及下肢重度肢体缺血患者中均具有一定应用价值,安全性较高,改善临床症状,提高患者生活质量,为预后提供保障。Objective To study the application value of Angiosome concept in diabetic foot and severe limb ischemia of lower limbs.Methods Fifty-one patients with diabetic foot and 48 patients with severe limb ischemia from March 2015 to February 2017 were selected.According to disease types,they were divided into group A and group B,and all patients were treated with Angiosome concept.The therapeutic effects of the two groups were compared.Results There was no significant difference in the total effective rate between the two groups(P>0.05).After treatment,there was no significant difference in the incidence of major amputation and death between the two groups(P>0.05).However,the incidence of amputation in group A was higher than that in group B(P<0.05).There was no statistically significant difference in quality of life scores between the two groups(P>0.05).After treatment,the scores of physical function,psychological function,material function and social function were all higher than those before treatment,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Angiosome concept has certain application value in patients with diabetic foot and severe limb ischemia of lower limbs.It has higher safety,improves clinical symptoms,improves the quality of life of patients,and provides a guarantee for the prognosis.
