电灼联合干扰素α-1b局封治疗尖锐湿疣患者对其血清T细胞亚群的影响

摘　　要：目的探讨电灼联合干扰素α-1b治疗尖锐湿疣患者对其血清T细胞亚群的影响。方法将所研究的50例尖锐湿疣患者按照分层抽样的原则分为两组,分别为研究组和对照组,研究组患者采用电灼联合干扰素α-1b进行治疗,对照组患者仅使用电灼进行治疗。治疗30d后,观察患者治疗效果以及T细胞亚群(CD3^+,CD4^+,CD8^+,CD4^+/CD8^+)的变化情况。结果通过两组患者30d的治疗,研究组患者的总有效率高于对照组,两组患者的疗效之间的差异有统计学意义(χ~2=5.39,P<0.05),研究组患者T细胞亚群中的CD3^+(t=4.14,P<0.05),CD4^+(t=10.19,P<0.05),CD8^+(t=5.65,P<0.05),CD4^+/CD8^+(t=4.93,P<0.05)明显高于对照组。结论电灼联合干扰素α-1b治疗尖锐湿疣患者对患者血清T细胞亚群具有明显提升作用,疗效显著,具有临床推广意义。Objective To investigate the curative effect of electric cauterization combined with interferonα-1b intervention on peripheral blood T cell subsets in patients with condylar acuminate.Methods Fifty patients with condylar acuminate were divided into two groups according to the principle of stratified sampling.They were the study group and the control group.The patients in the study group were treated with electric cauterization combined with interferonα-1b,while the patients in the control group were treated with electric cauterization only.After 30 days of treatment,the effects of treatment and the changes of T cell subsets(CD3+,CD4+,CD8+,CD4+/CD8+)were observed.Results After 30 days of treatment in two groups,the total efficiency of the study group was higher than that of the control group,with statistically significant differences(χ2=5.39,P<0.05),the CD3+(t=4.14,P<0.05),CD4+(t=10.19,P<0.05),CD8+(t=5.65,P<0.05),CD4+/CD8+(t=4.93,P<0.05)in the T cell subgroup of the study group were significantly higher than those of the control group.Conclusion Electric cauterization combined with interferon alpha-1b in the treatment of condyloma acuminata has significant effect on the T cell subsets of patients.The curative effect is remarkable,and it is of clinical significance.
