摘 要:本试验旨在研究白藜芦醇(RES)和血根碱(SAG)对2月龄以内荷斯坦犊牛生长性能、血清指标及腹泻状况的影响。选用54头5日龄荷斯坦母犊牛,随机分成3个处理,每个处理18头。各处理分别饲喂代乳粉(MR)、MR+0.05 mg/kg BW SAG和MR+4 mg/kg BW RES。试验期55 d。在5、14、28、42和56日龄测定犊牛的体重和体尺,每天记录犊牛的腹泻情况。在60日龄采集血液,测定血清指标。结果显示:1)RES和SAG对犊牛总增重、干物质采食量没有显著影响(P>0.05),日龄对体重的影响显著(P<0.000 1),但日龄与处理之间不存在交互作用(P=0.853 9);2)体尺方面,RES和SAG处理胸围和十字部高增长均显著高于MR处理(P<0.005);3)各处理腹泻率之间没有显著差异(P>0.05);4)RES处理血清生长激素(GH)、表皮生长因子(EGF)和类胰岛素样生长因子-Ⅰ(IGF-Ⅰ)浓度显著高于其余2个处理(P<0.05);5)SAG处理血清丙二醛浓度显著高于其余2个处理(P<0.05)。综上所述,代乳品中添加RES或SAG有提高2月龄以内犊牛体尺的作用;代乳品中添加RES能够显著增加犊牛血清GH、EGF和IGF-Ⅰ浓度;RES和SAG有作为犊牛生长促进剂的潜质。This study investigated the effects of resveratrol(RES)and sanguinarine(SAG)on growth per-formance,serum indexes and diarrhea of Holstein calves under 2 months of age.Fifty-four female 5-day-old Holstein calves were randomly assigned to three treatments with 18 calves per treatment using a completely ran-domized design.Calves in different treatments were fed a milk replacer(MR),MR supplemented with 0.05 mg/kg BW SAG,and MR supplemented with 4 mg/kg BW RES,respectively.The trial lasted for 55 d.Body weight and body size of calves were measured at 5,14,28,42 and 56 days of age.Diarrhea status of calves was recorded everyday.The blood was collected to determine serum indexes at 60 days of age.The re-sults showed as follow:1)RES and SAG had no significant effects on total weight gain and dry matter intake(DMI)(P>0.05),days of age had significant effects on body weight(P<0.000 1),but there was no inter-actions between days of age and treatment(P=0.853 9);2)about body size,the increases of heart girth and hip height of SAG and RES treatments were significantly higher than those of MR treatment(P<0.05);3)there was no significant difference in diarrhea rate among treatments(P>0.05);4)RES treatment had signifi-cantly higher serum growth hormone,epidermal growth factor and insulin-like growth factorⅠconcentrations compared with the other two treatments(P<0.05);5)serum malondialdehyde concentration in SAG treatment was significantly higher than that in the other two treatments(P<0.05).In summary,the addition of RES or SAG in MR can increase body size of calves under 2 months of age;the addition of RES in MR can increase serum concentrations of GH,EGF and IGF-Ⅰof calves;RES and SAG have potential as growth promoters for calves.
