摘 要:以高通量的溶液相转化法聚偏氟乙烯(PVDF)膜为支撑基膜,采用界面聚合法制备复合正渗透(FO)膜;分别通过铸膜液添加和水相添加的方法,将氧化石墨烯(GO)引入到基膜和分离层中,探究GO对复合正渗透膜结构与性能的影响。试验得出,基膜中加入适量GO(铸膜液中质量分数为0.6‰)可以提高复合膜的正渗透水通量;分离层中加入适量GO(水相中质量分数为1‰),可以降低复合膜的反向盐通量,提高其截盐率;连续正渗透脱盐试验也得出与之一致的结论。Composite forward osmosis(FO)membrane was prepared through interfacial polymerization method with high-flux solution phase-inversion polyvinylidene fluoride(PVDF)membrane as the substrate membrane.Graphene oxide(GO)was introduced into the substrate membrane and the active layer through the addition in dope solution and aqueous phase,respectively,and the effect of GO on the structure and performance of composite FO membrane was studied.Experimental results showed,the appropriate additive content(0.6译in the dope solution)of GO in substrate membrane could improve the FO water flux of the composite membrane;the appropriate additive content(1译in the aqueous phase)of GO in active layer could reduce the reverse salt flux and improve the salt rejection of the composite membrane;consistent conclusion was reached through continuous FO desalination experiment.
