摘　　要：文章通过问卷调查,全面了解独立学院大学生就业价值取向,独立学院大学生就业价值取向呈现出自我意识强、注重个体价值、就业标准务实、多元化、功利化等特点,并对其形成从社会环境、高校和家庭教育及自我素质等多方面原因进行深入剖析,最后从政府、教育部门、家庭多角度提出帮助独立学院大学生树立正确就业价值观的建议。Through using questionnaires and analyzing survey data,this paper finds that independent college students'employment value orientation has the following characteristics,such as strong self-awareness,paying attention to the realization of individual value,practical employment standard,diversification and utilitarianism.The paper also analyzes the reasons fromsocial environment,college and family education and self-quality.Finally,government,education sectors and families are needed to provide effective measures of helping independent college students to set up correct values of employment.
