摘　　要：多中心理论常见于西方大学治理行为,提倡大学、政府、社会、市场等多个治理主体网络化多元互动与合作,寻求共赢。我国当前大学治理结构改革进入关键时期,多中心理论提供了一种有益的外部视角,它鼓励政府与大学之间建立合作伙伴关系,提倡通过市场化的手段发展大学,加强高等教育立法与外部评估,同时要求大学也需要进一步去行政化,回归大学本色。The polycentric governance theory could be found in western university administration activities,which asks for the cooperation and interaction between university,government,society and market so as to create a mutual benefit situation.Nowit is the critical period for Chinese universities to implement the administration structure reform.The polycentric governance theory is a useful view from outside to encourage the cooperation between government and university,which promotes the market methods to be used for the univer
