摘　　要：针对咪表收费建设麻烦、投入大、维护费用高、管理成本大、使用不方便等弊端,对咪表收费模式进行了大幅度的改进,设计智能手机的APP应用,利用智能终端的GPS定位信息,将停车状态的车位信息显示手机上,并传送到服务器后台,系统已在部分城市路边收费系统中运行。In view of the trouble of building the meter,high investment,high cost of maintenance,large cost of management,and inconvenient use,a large improvement is made on the mode of the meter.The APP application of the smart phone is designed.The GPS location information of the intelligent terminal is used,the parking information is displayed on the mobile phone and the information has been sent to the server.The system has already run in some city roadside charging system.
