摘 要:针对电子安全系统起爆回路优化设计过程中,由于缺乏起爆回路参数的量化计算造成了优化方法缺乏针对性的问题,提出了基于参数估算的电子安全系统起爆回路优化方法,该方法通过建立电路参数计算模型,结合起爆电流测试结果,理论计算得到阻性、感性、容性回路参数;优化设计中根据参数类型不同选择不同的优化方法,最终完成起爆回路优化设计。试验验证验证表明,基于参数计算的电子安全系统起爆回路优化方法能够有效降低回路阻性、感性参数对于起爆电流的阻碍影响,提升起爆电流、缩短上升时间,提高起爆能量输出等电路性能,优化设计方法合理可行。In the process of optimization design for initiation circuit of electronic safety system,the lack of quantitative calculation of initiation circuit parameters results in the lack of pertinence of the optimization method,an optimization method for initiation circuit of electronic safety system based on parameter estimation is proposed.This method is based on the calculation model of circuit parameters and combined with initiation current test results.The parameters of resistive,inductive and capacitive circuits are obtained by theoretical calculation,and different optimization methods are selected according to the type of parameters in the optimal design,and the optimal design of the initiation circuit is finally completed.The experimental results show that the optimization method based on parameter calculation can effectively reduce the effect of circuit resistance and inductive parameters on the initiation current,enhance the initiation current and shorten the rise time.The optimal design method is reasonable and feasible to improve the performance of the circuit such as the output of initiation energy.
