摘　　要：文章运用文献研读与理论推演的方法,从我国智库建设的现状出发,探讨了智库服务政府决策中存在的问题,分析了智库服务政府决策能力不强的深层次原因,提出了智库服务政府决策的提升策略,以期为我国高端智库建设提供决策思考。This article applies literature review and theoretical deduction to discuss the existing problems of current situation of China’s think tank construction in serving the government decision-making.It analyzes the deep-seated reasons for the weak decision-making ability of the think tank,and puts forward the strategies of improving the service ability so as to provide decision-making thinking for the construction of high-end think tanks in China.
