摘　　要：文章从一个新的角度审视了信息和知识的关系,认为能受控的有用信息即知识,并在此基础上析解了知识的意义与结构,进而论证了如何把对第四类知识的发现和运用作为知识管理的核心动力。同时,提出元知识的概念,认为后保管主义的理念可以看作是在图书和档案管理范畴对第四类知识和元知识的实践性探索。This article examined the relationship between information and knowledge and gives a new definition of knowledge from a new perspective.On this basis,it analyzes the meaning and structure of knowledge,and considers the discovery and application of the fourth type of knowledge as the core power of knowledge management.This article also first proposes the concept of meta-knowledge,and the idea of post-custody can be took regard as the practical exploration to the fourth type of knowledge and the meta-knowledge in the category of library and archives management.
