上海奉贤区某社区延伸处方用药情况分析

摘　　要：目的:回顾性分析2017年本中心家庭医生签约居民的延伸处方用药状况。方法:收集2017年中心全科门诊开具的延伸处方691张,对其处方中患者的年龄、诊断疾病、处方费用及配送日数进行统计分析。结果:延伸处方需求居民年龄在60～70岁;患者诊断疾病多为老年慢性疾病;处方费用支付同比少于上级医院就诊费用支付;配送日数平均约1.4个自然日。结论:延伸处方有助于社区慢性病患者治疗药物需求,减低患者医疗费用支出,及时配送给需要患者,对社区慢性病管理服务工作起重要作用。Objective:To retrospectively analyze the extended prescriptions of the central family doctors in 2017.Methods:A total of 691 extended prescriptions were collected in 2017,and the patients'age,diagnostic disease,prescription cost and delivery days were analyzed.Results:The population age of the extended prescriptions was 60~70 years old;most of the patients were diagnosed as chronic diseases of the elderly;the cost of prescription payment was less than that of the higher hospital,and the average day of delivery was about 1.4 natural days.Conclusion:The extended prescription can help the patients with chronic diseases in the community to treat the drug demand,reduce the cost of medical expenses,distribute it to the patients in time,and play an important role in the work of the community chronic disease management.
