牙周维护治疗在保持牙周长期疗效中的作用观察

摘　　要：目的:探讨牙周维护治疗在保持牙周长期疗效中的作用。方法:实施牙周基础治疗患者66例,对照组33例不接受牙周维护治疗,观察组33例则接受牙周维护治疗。结果:观察组治疗效果明显高于对照组(P<0.05)。随访调查结果显示,观察组平均牙周探诊深度、年平均缺失牙数均明显减少(P<0.05)。结论:对牙周基础治疗患者增加实施牙周维护治疗有助于保持牙周长期疗效,临床应用效果满意。Objective:To explore the role of periodontal maintenance in maintaining long-term periodontal efficacy.Methods:66 patients who received periodontal basic treatment were selected.33 patients in the control group did not receive the periodontal maintenance treatment,while 33 patients in the observation group received the periodontal maintenance treatment.Results:The therapeutic effect of the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).Follow up survey showed that the average periodontal probing depth and the number of missing teeth were significantly decreased in the observation group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Periodontal maintenance therapy is a good way to maintain periodontal long-term efficacy in patients with periodontal basic treatment,and its clinical application is satisfactory.
