摘　　要：目的:探讨切开挂线对口引流术对高位复杂性肛瘘患者术后肛门括约肌功能及生活质量的影响。方法:收治高位复杂性肛瘘患者76例,分为试验组与参照组。参照组采用常规切开挂线手术治疗,试验组采用切开挂线对口引流手术治疗,比较两组治疗效果。结果:试验组社会功能、心理状态、身体机能及认知能力评分和肛门括约肌功能改善总有效率均高于参照组(P<0.05)。结论:切开挂线对口引流术能够有效改善高位复杂性肛瘘患者肛门括约肌功能,并在一定程度上改善患者的生活质量。Objective:To explore the effect of incision and hanging line and counterpart drainage on postoperative anal sphincter function and quality of life in patients with high complex anal fistula.Methods:76 patients with high complex anal fistula were selected.They were divided into the experimental group and the reference group.The reference group was treated by routine incision and hanging operation.The experimental group was treated by incision and hanging line and counterpart drainage.We compared the therapeutic effect of the two groups.Results:In the experimental group,social function,mental state,physical function and cognitive ability score and the total effective rate of anal sphincter function improvement were higher than the reference group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Incision and hanging line and counterpart drainage can effectively improve anal sphincter function in patients with high complex anal fistula,and improve the quality of life to a certain extent.
