益胃解毒汤治疗胃黏膜异型增生及肠上皮化生的临床效果

摘　　要：目的:探讨益胃解毒汤治疗胃黏膜异型增生及肠上皮化生的效果。方法:收治存在胃黏膜异型增生及肠上皮化生的慢性萎缩性胃炎患者68例,随机分为对照组和观察组,各34例。对照组给予西药铝镁加混悬液治疗,观察组给予中药益胃解毒汤治疗。结果:观察组治疗后的胃黏膜异型增生及肠上皮化生评分均显著低于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组治疗总有效率高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:益胃解毒汤能够有效减轻胃黏膜的炎性程度及胃黏膜异形增生、肠上皮化生程度,治疗伴有胃黏膜异型增生及肠上皮化生的萎缩性胃炎有显著疗效。Objective:To investigate the effect of Yiwei Jiedu decoction in the treatment of gastric mucosal dysplasia and intestinal metaplasia.Methods:68 patients with chronic atrophic gastritis with gastric dysplasia and intestinal metaplasia were selected.They were randomly divided into the control group and the observation group with 34 cases in each.The control group were treated with western medicine almagate suspension,and the observation group were treated with Yiwei Jiedu decoction.Results:Gastric dysplasia and intestinal metaplasia after treatment in the observation group were significantly lower than that of the control group(P<0.05).The total effective rate of the observation group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Yiwei Jiedu decoction can effectively reduce the inflammatory degree of gastric mucosa,the heteromorphism of gastric mucosa and the degree of intestinal metaplasia.It has a significant effect on the treatment of atrophic gastritis with gastric dysplasia and intestinal metaplasia.
