摘　　要：目的:探讨导管安全管理在我院临床科室的实施及效果。方法:建立完善导管安全管理体系、加强导管安全管理制度、预案与流程的学习、统一规范全院导管管理,实施导管风险评估及干预措施。结果:实施导管安全管理后非计划拔管事件发生率降低、护理人员安全意识提升。结论:导管安全管理可确保患者导管留置使用安全。Objective:To explore the implementation and effect of catheter safety management in clinical departments of our hospital.Methods:To establish and perfect the safety management system of catheter,strengthen the safety management system of catheter,study the plan and process,standardize the management of the whole hospital,implement the risk assessment and intervention of the catheter.Results:After the implementation of catheter safety management,the incidence of unplanned extubation and the safety awareness of nurses increased.Conclusion:Catheter safety management can ensure the safety of catheter placement.
