摘　　要：目的:探讨居家癌痛患者服用强阿片的自我管理。方法:收治肿瘤科患者100例,随机分为试验组与常规组。两组均采取相同的出院指导,并指导患者服用强阿片类药物进行自我管理,试验组在常规组基础上实行自我管理教育。结果:干预后,试验组的抑郁、焦虑情绪及认知功能显著高于常规组(P<0.05)。结论:强阿片药物能够有效地控制癌痛患者的疼痛感,借助行之有效的自我管理教育能够有效地提高患者的自我管理能力,从而优化患者生活质量。Objective:To explore the self-management of strong opioids in cancer patients at home.Methods:100 patients were selected from the department of oncology.They were randomly divided into the experimental group and the routine group.The two groups of patients all took the same discharge guidance,and instructed the patients to take strong opioids for self-management.Patients in the experimental group carried out self-management education on the basis of the routine group.Results:After the intervention,the depression,anxiety and cognitive function in the experimental group were significantly higher than those in the conventional group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Strong opioid drugs can effectively control the pain of patients with cancer pain.With effective self-management education,the self-management ability of patients can be effectively improved and the life quality of patients can be optimized.
