摘 要:为探明冷应激导致畜禽免疫器官损伤机制,研究冷应激对雏鹌鹑胸腺组织形态结构的影响,试验在复制雏鹌鹑急、慢性冷应激模型的基础上,对胸腺组织进行超微结构观察,对比分析冷应激与雏鹌鹑胸腺组织形态损伤的相关性。结果表明,急、慢性冷应激均可以引起雏鹌鹑胸腺组织超微结构发生改变,进而发生形态学损伤。In order to explore the mechanism of cold stress leading to the damage of immune organs in livestock and poultry and study the effect of cold stress on the morphology and structure of thymus in quail,the ultrastructure of the thymus tissue was observed and the correlation between cold stress and the morphological damage of the chick's thymus was compared and analyzed on the basis of replicating the acute and chronic cold stress models of quail in this paper.The results showed that both acute and chronic cold stress could induce changes in the ultra?structure of thymus tissues and induce morphological damage in the quail.
