摘　　要：窑尾高温风机拉风加大、生料喂料量降低或断料、窑头或窑尾用煤量增加、燃煤热值增加、窑的转速降低、生料成分中碳酸钙含量降低,或者是冷却机篦床速度降低以及窑头排风阀开度减少等等,都会引起C_1预热器出口气体温度突然升高。面对这种异常,只有利用风、煤、料、窑速变化带来的相应变化去排查真正的原因,采取正确的应对失措,才能把这种异常扼杀在萌芽状态。The sudden rise of gas temperature in the outlet of C_1 preheater is caused by the air increase of high temperature fan in kiln tail, the quantity reduction and even shortage of the fed of raw material, the increase of coal content in kiln head or kiln end, the increase of calorific value of coal, the rotary speed reduction of kiln, the reduction of calcium carbonate content in raw material, or the speed reduction of grate bed of the kiln and the reduction of opening degree of the exhaust valve, etc. The real reason should be confirmed by the changes of wind, coal, materials and kiln speed changes, and the correct response should be taken in order to nip the abnormal phenomenon in the bud.
