摘 要:本试验应用3种血酮仪检测奶牛酮病,经综合指标分析,为奶牛场血酮仪的选择提供依据。在黑龙江某集约化奶牛场,随机选取3~6胎次,产后5~21 d泌乳奶牛29头,经尾静脉采血分离血清。应用3种血酮仪(雅培、BHBCheck、怡成)与生化仪对比检测奶牛血清酮体。结果显示:雅培,敏感度87.5%,特异度100%,准确率93.1%,Youden指数87.5%;怡成:敏感度75%,特异度100%,准确率86.2%,Youden指数75%;BHBCheck:敏感度93.8%,特异度100%,准确率96.5%,Youden指数93.8%。并且,ROC曲线下面积,雅培为0.938,怡成为0.875,BHBCheck为0.969。在价格方面,雅培30元/例,BHBCheck 23元/例,怡成15元/例。结论:综合评价三种血酮仪,BHBCheck性价比最优。In this study,three kinds of common blood ketone meters were used to diagnose ketosis in dairy cows,accompanied by comprehensive index analysis.Its aim is to provide a basis on choice of blood ketone meters in dairy farms in future.29 dairy cows with 3~6 parity were randomly selected at 7~21 days postpartum in this experiment.Their blood samples collected by tail vein were centrifuged to obtain serum,and three kinds of blood ketone meters(Yapei,BHBCheck and Yicheng)were compared with biochemical analysis meter to measureβ-hydroxybutyric acid concentraion from serum samples of all experimental cows.The results showed that Yapei’s sensitivity is 87.5%,specificity is 100%,accuracy is 93.1%,Youden Index is 87.5%,area under the curve(AUC)of ROC is 0.938,Yicheng’s sensitivity is 75%,specificity is 100%,accuracy is 86.2%,Youden Index is75%,AUC of ROC is 0.875;BHBCheck’s sensitivity is 93.8%,specificity is 100%,accuracy is 93.8%,AUC of ROC is 0.969.In diagnosis cost,Yapei is 30RMB per cow,BHBCheck is 23RMB,Yicheng is 15RMB.Conclusion obtained that the BHBCheck is best in comprehensive evaluation.
