摘　　要：我院针对医疗体系内所属小散远单位驻地偏僻,交通不便,医疗资源匮乏,伤病员就诊和转诊困难等特点,开发了小散远单位医疗保障系统,选取位置合适的定点服务保障点进行帮扶并应用此系统,通过系统建立临床数据平台库共享医疗信息,部署远程会诊系统实时会诊,建立官兵电子健康档案方便调阅,有效解决了小散远体系单位官兵看病难,就医远等问题。In view of the characteristics of the small scattered far units in the medical system,such as remote locations,inconvenient transportation,lack of medical resources,difficulties in seeing patients and referrals,etc.,the medical security system of the small scattered far units has been developed in our hospital.Selecting the right location of the fixed point service guarantee point to help and applying this system,establishing the clinical data platform database to share medical information,deploying the remote consultation system to consult in real time,establishing the electronic health file of officers and soldiers to read conveniently.Effectively solve the small scattered far system unit officers and soldiers difficult to see a doctor,access to medical and other problems.
