摘 要:当前医院形象的提升遇到前所未用的瓶颈,使医院形象每况愈下。本课题对医院加强人性化管理措施落实进行研究,从医院文化、服务环境、人文关怀、管理措施、人才队伍等方面结合实例阐述,提出可行性的意见,为目前的医院适应时代发展需求、顺应患者所望以及推动健康发展、科学发展提供参考。The current image of the hospital has encountered an unprecedented bottleneck and the hospital image has deteriorated.This topic researches the implementation of humanized management measures in hospitals,elaborates examples from the perspectives of hospital culture,service environment,humanistic care,management measures,and talent team,and puts forward feasible opinions for the current hospitals to adapt to the needs of the development of the times and conform to them.Patients can hope and promote healthy development and scientific development to provide reference.
