护理干预对促进妇科腹腔镜术后胃肠蠕动功能恢复的效果分析

摘　　要：目的分析护理干预对妇科腹腔镜术后胃肠蠕动功能恢复的影响作用。方法选取我院收治的行腹腔镜术患者50例,按照入院顺序将其分为观察组和对照组,各25例。对照组术后运用传统护理方式护理,观察组在对照组基础上应用合理的护理干预。比较两组患者的术后胃肠蠕动功能开始时间、肛门排气开始时间以及患者腹胀发生情况。结果观察组术后胃肠蠕动功能开始时间和肛门排气开始时间分别为(7.68±1.79)h和(14.92±2.41)h,优于对照组的(11.77±3.45)h和(22.64±2.51)h,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组腹胀发生率为20.00%,低于对照组的40.00%,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论对妇科腹腔镜术后患者采取护理干预,可加快术后胃肠蠕动功能恢复速度,降低腹胀发生率,值得临床推广。Objective To analyze the effect of nursing intervention on the recovery of gastrointestinal peristalsis after gynecological laparoscopy.Methods 50 cases of laparoscopic surgery were selected and divided into two groups according to the order of admission:observation group(n=25)and control group(n=25).Traditional nursing care was used in the control group and reasonable nursing intervention was applied in the observation group on the basis of the control group.The beginning time of gastrointestinal peristalsis,the beginning time of anal exhaust and the incidence of abdominal distension were compared between the two groups.Results The starting time of gastrointestinal motility and anal exhaustion time in the observation group were(7.68±1.79)h and(14.92±2.41)h,respectively,which were better than those in the control group(11.77±3.45)h and(22.64±2.51)h,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05),the incidence of bloating in the observation group was 20.00%,which was lower than 40.00%in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Nursing intervention for gynecological laparoscopic surgery patients can speed up the recovery of gastrointestinal motility function and reduce the incidence of bloating,which is worthy of clinical promotion.
