摘　　要：本文基于药品的药理分类知识和大数据方法,运用百分位数法对某三甲医院乳腺癌化疗3年出院患者所发生的药品费用进行分析。按照药理特征确定药品费用参考值范围,然后由计算机程序对新出院患者所发生的药品费用进行偏离度计算,对异常的病例进行提示。该计算机程序自动对药品合理性进行初步筛查,为人工进行药品合理性审查提供重要的初期工具。Based on the knowledge of pharmacological classification of drugs and big data's method,this paper analyzes the drug cost of breast cancer patients discharged from hospital for 3 years by using percentile method.According to the pharmacological characteristics,the range of reference value of drug cost was determined,and then the deviation degree of drug cost of new discharged patients was calculated by computer program,and the abnormal cases were prompted.The computer program automatically screen the rationality of drugs,which provides an important initial tool for the artificial examination of drug rationality.
