调神益髓针刺法结合康复训练治疗脑卒中后平衡功能障碍的临床分析

摘　　要：目的探讨调神益髓针刺法结合康复训练治疗脑卒中后平衡功能障碍的临床疗效。方法抽取2015年6月~2017年1月天津港口医院收治的80例脑卒中后平衡功能障碍患者进行观察,根据单双号分为观察组和对照组,每组40例。对照组患者仅接受康复训练治疗,观察组则采用调神益髓针刺法结合康复训练治疗,评价比较两组患者ADL评分、BBS评分及FuglMeyer评分情况。结果治疗前两组ADL评分、BBS评分及Fugl-Meyer评分比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。4个疗程后两组较治疗前均有显著改善,但观察组各项评分均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论采用调神益髓针刺法结合康复训练治疗脑卒中后平衡功能障碍患者,能够更有效地促进患者平衡功能的改善,同时还能够提高患者日常生活能力及改善下肢功能,值得推广。Objective To explore the clinical effect of regulating spirit and nourishing marrow acupuncture combined with rehabilitation training in the treatment of balance dysfunction after stroke.Methods From June 2015 to January 2017,80 patients with poststroke balance dysfunction were selected from Tianjin Port Hospital.According to the single and even numbers,they were divided into observation group and control group with 40 cases in each group.The patients in the control group were only treated with rehabilitation training.The observation group was treated with acupuncture therapy combined with rehabilitation training.The ADL score,BBS score,and Fugl-Meyer score were compared between the two groups.Results There was no significant difference in the ADL score,BBS score and Fugl-Meyer score between the two groups before treatment(P>0.05).After 4 courses of treatment,both groups improved significantly compared with before treatment,but the scores in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The treatment of balance dysfunction after stroke with the acupuncture of regulating the mind and nourishing the marrow combined with rehabilitation training can promote the improvement of the balance function of the patients more effectively,at the same time,it can also improve the ability of daily life and the function of the lower limbs,which is worth popularizing.
