胫骨横向骨搬移术治疗糖尿病足的临床效果观察

摘　　要：目的探讨采用胫骨横向骨搬移技术治疗糖尿病足的临床疗效。方法采用回顾性分析,观察2015年5月~2017年11月共45例采用胫骨横向骨搬移术治疗的糖尿病足患者的创口愈合时间、患肢皮温、术后疼痛缓解等指标,分析其临床效果。结果 45例患者随访时间4~28个月,平均14.4个月,1例因个人因素截肢,其余患足均愈合,创口平均愈合时间(10.42±1.52)周,患肢症状明显改善甚或消失。搬移骨窗均愈合良好,愈合时间12~20周,平均(16.21±3.24)周。结论胫骨横向骨搬移术可明显改善糖尿病足血供情况,缓解患肢疼痛等不适症状,安全有效。Objective To explore the clinical effect of tibial lateral bone transfer in the treatment of diabetic foot.Methods The wound healing time,limb skin temperature and postoperative pain relief of 45 patients with diabetic foot treated with lateral tibial bone transfer from May 2015 to November 2017 were analyzed retrospectively and the clinical results were analyzed.Results 45 patients were followed up for 4 to 28 months,with an average of 14.4 months,one case had amputation due to personal factors,the rest of the affected feet healed,the average wound healing time was(10.42±1.52)weeks,and the symptoms of the affected limbs were improved or even disappeared.The bone transfer window healed well,and the healing time was 12~20 weeks,the mean time was(16.21±3.24)weeks.Conclusion Transverse bone transfer of tibia can significantly improve the blood supply of diabetic foot and relieve discomfort symptoms such as limb pain,which is safe and effective.
