益母草注射液联合格丹及欣母沛在前置胎盘剖宫产术后出血中的应用及安全性分析

摘　　要：目的分析益母草注射液联合格丹及欣母沛在前置胎盘剖宫产术后出血中的应用效果及安全性。方法选取我院因前置胎盘行剖宫产术的60例产妇,随机分为两组各30例。对照组采用益母草注射液联合欣母沛,观察组在对照组基础上加用格丹,观察两组止血显效率、术后不良反应、出血情况、术后并发症发生率、子宫复旧率、术后Hb、RB水平以及新生儿结局。结果两组止血显效率、术后不良反应和新生儿结局相比,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。观察组术中、术后出血情况以及并发症发生率均低于对照组,子宫复旧率和术后Hb、RBC均高于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论益母草注射液联合格丹及欣母沛治疗前置胎盘剖宫产术后出血效果确切,可减少术后并发症,且无严重不良反应,术后产妇恢复良好。Objective To analyze the efficacy and safety of Herba leonurus injection combined with Gedan and Hemabate in bleeding after caesarean section of placenta praevia.Methods 60 cases of cesarean section due to placenta praevia in our hospital were randomly divided into two groups(30 cases each).The control group was treated with Herba leonurus injection combined with Hemabate,and the observation group was treated with Gedan on the basis of the control group.Observed the significant hemostatic efficacy,postoperative adverse reactions,bleeding,postoperative complications,uterine involution rate,postoperative Hb,RB levels,and neonatal outcomes.Results There was no significant difference between the two groups in hemostatic efficiency,postoperative adverse reaction and neonatal outcome(P>0.05).The intraoperative and postoperative bleeding and the incidence of complications in the observation group were lower than those in the control group.The rate of uterine recurrence and postoperative Hb and RBC were higher than those in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The effect of Herba leonurus injection combined with Gedan and Hemabate in the treatment of bleeding after caesarean section of placenta praevia was effective,the complications were reduced,and there was no serious adverse reaction.The parturient recovered well after operation.
