摘  要:目的探讨血清脂联素水平与轻度认知功能障碍的相关性及其临床意义。方法选取2015年7月~2017年7月在我院神经内科干部病区收治的轻度认知功能障碍患者45例作为病例组,体检中心随机选取年龄相匹配的45例健康体检者作为对照组,对患者血清脂联素水平进行检测,分析其与轻度认知功能障碍的相关性;并将可能影响认知功能的危险因数如血清脂联素水平、超敏C反应蛋白、年龄、吸烟史、糖尿病、高血压、血脂等引入非条件Logistic回归分析,判断血清脂联素是否为轻度认知功能障碍的危险因素。结果轻度认知功能障碍患者血清脂联素水平,低于健康对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。经Logistic回归分析显示:血清脂联素水平与轻度认知功能障碍呈负相关(r=-0.612,P<0.05),低血清脂联素水平是轻度认知功能障碍的危险因素;此外超敏C反应蛋白升高是轻度认知功能障碍的危险因素。结论 MCI患者的血清脂联素水平显著减低,hsCRP水平升高,APN和hsCRP升高可能是轻度认知功能障碍的危险因素。Objective To investigate the correlation between serum adiponectin level and mild cognitive impairment and its clinical significance.Methods We selected 45 patients with mild cognitive impairment from July 2015 to July 2017 in our department of neurology as the case group.The physical examination center randomly selected age-matched 45 healthy checkers as the control group.The serum adiponectin level of the patient was examined to analyze its correlation with mild cognitive impairment;and the risk factors that may affect cognitive function such as serum adiponectin level,high-sensitivity C-reactive protein,age,smoking history,diabetes,hypertension,and blood lipids were introduced into non-conditional Logistic regression analysis to determine whether serum adiponectin is a risk factor for mild cognitive impairment.Results The serum adiponectin level in patients with mild cognitive impairment was lower than that in healthy controls,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.01).Logistic regression analysis showed that there was a negative correlation between serum adiponectin level and mild cognitive impairmen(r=-0.612,P<0.05),low serum adiponectin level is a risk factor for mild cognitive impairment,and high sensitivity C-reactive protein is a risk factor for mild cognitive impairment.Conclusion Serum adiponectin levels in patients with MCI are significantly reduced,hsCRP levels are elevated,and elevated APN and hsCRP levels may be a risk factor for mild cognitive impairment.
