中医院校医学生职业认同现状及比较研究

摘　　要：文章采用了《医学生职业认同调查问卷》对陕西中医药大学中医、中西医、临床三个专业方向的医学生进行调查,共回收有效问卷1195份,分析发现医学生总体职业认同处于中等水平,中西医专业的医学生在职业认知度、职业自豪感和职业期待感方面与中医专业和临床专业的学生存在显著差异。因此,研究医学生职业认同的现状具有重要的现实意义,对不同专业医学生采取不同的对策有利于提高整体职业认同。The article used the"Medical Students'Profession Identity Questionnaire"to investigate the medical students in the three majors of traditional Chinese medicine,Chinese and Western medicine,and clinical specialty of Shaanxi University of Traditional Chinese Medicine.A total of 1195 valid questionnaires were retrieved.The analysis found that the overall occupational identity of medical students was at a medium level.Chinese and Western medical students have significant differences in professional recognition,professional pride and professional expectation from students of Chinese medicine and clinical specialty.Therefore,it is of great practical significance to study the status quo of medical students'professional identity.Taking different strategies for different medical students will help improve the overall professional identity.
