黄海波教授三紫汤诊治子宫性不孕经验浅谈

摘　　要：黄海波教授将子宫内膜息肉、子宫肌瘤、宫腔粘连等引起胞宫孕育失常所致的不孕统称为子宫性不孕。认为子宫性不孕可因"虚"、"实"致冲任失于温煦,胞宫胞脉失于濡养或闭阻,而难以摄精成孕。据《傅青主女科·种子篇》:"夫寒冰之地,不生草木;重阴之渊,不长鱼龙";"下部冰冷不受孕"的记载,结合现代药理学研究成果,以自拟"三紫汤"疏、调、养为法以"暖宫助孕",验之临床,疗效满意。Professor Huang Haibo calls infertility caused by endometrial polyps,uterine leiomyomas and intrauterine adhesions.It is considered that uterine infertility can be caused by"deficiency","reality"caused by the loss of warmth,uterine pulse lost in moistening or blocking,and it is difficult to become pregnant.According to the"Fu qing master female seed section":"the frozen land of Fu,no vegetation,heavy shade of the deep,not long fish dragon";"the lower part of the cold do not conceive"records,combining modern pharmacology research results,with the self-designed“sanzi decoction”sparse,tempered,and nourished as a method to“warm-fertility-assisted-pregnancy”,the clinical experience was satisfactory.
