猪圆环病毒2型2d基因型毒株的鉴定及全基因组序列分析

摘　　要：辽宁省某市猪场发生疑似断奶仔猪多系统衰竭综合征(PMWS)传染性疾病,采集病死仔猪肺脏组织和淋巴结,经PCR检测、阳性产物测序、基因组分析,结果表明,该分离株为猪圆环病毒2型2 d基因型(PCV2d),命名为PCV-LNZh W1,全长1 767 bp,与国内外参考毒株核苷酸序列同源性为94.5%~99.9%,与PCV2d基因型的参考毒株位于同一遗传进化树分支。The clinical samples of a pig farm in some city of Liaoning Province were collected and were used for the isolation of PCV2.The genome of the isolate was amplified,sequenced and analysed.The results showed that a PCV2-2d strain was isolated and named as PCV-LNZhW1.The size of the genome of PCV-LNZhW1 strain was 1 767 bp.The homologies of nucleotide sequence of PCV-LNZhW1 strain with the 29 isolates from different regions of the world were 94.5%~99.9%.Phylogenetic tree analysis showed that PCV-LNZhW1 could be belonged to PCV2-2d.
