摘 要:本研究发现,基层采用复合微生态制剂和复合酶制剂发酵的玉米秸秆进行喂猪,在料肉比、死淘率、治疗费、生态环境改善等方面均有明显改善。年出栏1 000头猪的养殖场年收益增约17万元,并且生产的猪肉达到欧盟无抗猪肉二级标准,符合国家畜牧业供给侧结构改革要求。秸秆饲料化避免了燃烧造成的环境污染,对生态环境改善十分有利。The study showed that,some farmers used corn straw fermented with compound probiotics and composite enzyme to feed the pigs,the feed conversion rate,death rate,treatment costs,ecological environment improvement,etc all have improved significantly.The earnings increased about 170 000 yuan for the farms of annual output 1 000 pig.And the production of pork to meet the eu's non-anti-pork secondary standard.It is in line with the reform requirements of the national animal husbandry supply side structure.It is beneficial to improve the ecological environment by avoiding burning corn straw.
