摘  要:沿用数百年的班级授课制虽然为工业时代培养了大量专业人才,但这种"技术课堂范式"也动摇了学生的教育主体地位,知识的深入发展与个体的自由成长无法协同,教育"失衡"现象凸显。在新形势下,以教育在生态维度的立体变革为突破口,通过澄明生态维度、阐释教育在生态维度的变革诉求,为教育的生态转向奠定理论、原则和实践三方面的基础;此外,通过对教育生态体验理念的构建,提出将教育式体验与生态体验式教育相结合的方案,为教育主体与教育外部系统的共生共荣寻求现实可能性。Classroom teaching method has been employed for more than one hundred years and lots of professional talents are cultivated to support the industry development.But this Skill-based Classroom Paradigm has shaken the dominant position of students in education,and undermined the collaborative development between the development of knowledge and the growth of individuals.Education balance is broken and its negative effects show themselves.In the new background,the paper brings up an education reform proposal in ecological dimension.It lays theory,principle and practice foundation for ecological diversion of education reform through the description of ecology and the explanation of reform demands.Furthermore,through the construction of the concept of educational ecological experience,this paper puts forward a plan to combine educational experience with ecological experience education so as to seek practical possibilities for the symbiotic and common prosperity of the educational subject and the external system of education.
